I passed on the first try. The Instructors are all so professional and are active Realtors so the examples they could give from their past and current experience kept us down to earth on what it's going to be like.
My daughter was sick, and when I missed 2 classes, I was able to cover that material in another class, so I didn't really miss a thing. All the practice testing in class lets you see how you are doing, and gives you a chance to go over any areas to have trouble with.
I love houses and decorating and hope to learn staging next. But whew...! It was a lot of studying. I didn't realize real estate agents had to learn this much material, so now I appreciate what it means to be a really good agent and how hard I'll be working to help sell houses.
