Lots of material to cover, so expect to do a lot of reading. I am semi-retired, thought I'd get my license to keep busy, and I have owned a few properties. The most recent agent I tried to work with was so bad, I figured might as well do it myself! The Instructor was easy to follow and I was glad the textbook was partially read through in class. I got the required time in, and didn't have to do all of it, except re-read and refresh at home. Your methods may vary! Glad they were not trying to recruit you. Some students in my class had that at another school where they didn't pass. Ed M.
I passed on the first try. The Instructors are all so professional and are active Realtors so the examples they could give from their past and current experience kept us down to earth on what it's going to be like.
My daughter was sick, and when I missed 2 classes, I was able to cover that material in another class, so I didn't really miss a thing. All the practice testing in class lets you see how you are doing, and gives you a chance to go over any areas to have trouble with. I love houses and decorating and hope to learn staging next. But whew...! It was a lot of studying. I didn't realize real estate agents had to learn this much material, so now I appreciate what it means to be a really good agent and how hard I'll be working to help sell houses. The BEST Real Estate School in my opinion! Vanessa T. |
