We HAVE In-Person Classes with LIMITED SEATING !
ENROLL ONLINE with the class time you prefer.
Select IN - PERSON or ONLINE on the form. Attendance is ALL In Person Attendance,
or ALL Online Attendance.
Students for IN-PERSON classes will get the textbook when they arrive for their first class.
ONLINE students
Pick up your Textbook at the school:
89 Walnut Street, Montclair
Thurs, Fri, or Sat. 12-5 pm before the class begins.
Send an email If you need to make an appointment to pick up the book.
If you need the textbook shipped ($18) also request by email.
The LOG-IN Information for ONLINE Students is sent the day or evening before your class starts.

We don't encourage anyone to join a class and then jump in and out of classes, out of sequence. Joining any ongoing class, that already started, will likely be very confusing and more difficult.
For best results (to Pass the NJ Real Estate Exam) it is best to do the class in order.
If you are sick or miss a class you can make-up the chapters missed in an Online class.
