Hi Jose!  This is Charmaine from your Sunday class at Montclair School of Real Estate.  I'm just writing to tell you that I took my exam yesterday morning and passed! All I have left to do now are fingerprinting and choosing a company to work for, although I'm already leaning towards  _____  in either West Orange or Upper Montclair.
Thank you so much for teaching me, you were a great instructor and I will keep you updated.

 

The August Daytime class just ended with 100% of students PASSING their Final Test!
Now they all move on to take their NJ state exam and then can join a real estate brokerage of their choice to begin their new career. A special thanks and kudos to their teacher, Jim O'Hagan, for doing a great job!
