Class make-up Program
We have an Extensive Class make-up program that helps many students complete the class. If you are sick, or another emergency, you can cover the chapters you missed in another class for credit towards the mandatory hours.
We offer this for up to 90 days after a class is over. Since we start a terrific number of classes, there are quite a few times that a class will cover the chapters needed during this time. After 90 days, or an excessive number of hours, you would be required to start the class again.
Emergency closings for bad weather, like snow emergencies just affect one class and we work out with the students a solution for all to attend.
What about the CoronaVirus? No one should attend if they are not feeling well, or coughing a lot. If we need to halt classes because there was a statewide moratorium we would restart classes later on at no cost.
We are not in a large building. We are in a small building, with lots of windows and fresh air. Naturally many people just want to stay away from any public assembly until this is over, and each person should use good judgement and take any precautions.
ANYTIME ENROLLMENT ?
You are so excited to get started in real estate!
You FINALLY found the TIME to do this!
You may be looking to make a purchase or to sell right away ... and why NOT be your own agent ! ! !
I agree with all of those reasons.
Here are what I believe to be some of the MANY reasons you should start at the BEGINNING of the class, and not be shortchanged and having it take much LONGER than you thought!
When You Start at the BEGINNING of the Class
1. The knowledge begins with the Basics and builds from there. You increase your understanding as you learn more of the ways that Licensed Real Estate Agents must conduct their business. We must be in compliance with the State and Federal laws, etc.
2. Starting somewhere in the middle of the class when you have no idea about many things the other students are already being tested on, does you no good - to learn or understand these areas.
3. Who benefits from this?
NOT the student.
The primary reason a school does this - jumping into a class in the middle, is to PROFIT from that. You have paid, now you are stuck with that school.
We get many students who have paid and partially attended or simply dropped out of other schools because it was not a good education, or they shorted their class-time hours, or they simply did such a bad job of preparation that they need the REAL Education for the Real Estate Exam.
This is much harder than many people know until they are already in the class.
EXAM PASS Guarantee . . .? TRUE ?
Seriously - who can really say that Everyone will pass the NJ State Real Estate Exam. ?
That is an indication that a school will say or advertise anything to get you to register to take their class. This business and the REQUIRED Exam and Procedures to be a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NJ is NOT for everyone.
I believe that among family members and friends, someone they know and trust may be able to be their Real Estate Guide / Agent. They can help them through the process of getting an apartment as a rental, or to buy or sell a home.
