ANYTIME ENROLLMENT ?

5/4/2019

You are so excited to get started in real estate!
You FINALLY found the TIME to do this!
You may be  looking to make a purchase or to sell right away ... and why NOT be your own agent ! ! !

I agree with all of those reasons.

Here are what I believe to be some of the MANY reasons you should start at the BEGINNING of the class, and not be shortchanged and having it take much LONGER than you thought!

When You Start at the BEGINNING of the Class

1. The knowledge begins with the Basics and builds from there. You increase your understanding as you learn more of the ways that Licensed Real Estate Agents must conduct their business. We must be in compliance with the State and Federal laws, etc.
2. Starting somewhere in the middle of the class when you have no idea about many things the other students are already being tested on, does you no good  - to learn or understand these areas.
3. Who benefits from this?
   NOT the student.
The primary reason a school does this - jumping into a class in the middle, is to PROFIT from that. You have paid, now you are stuck with that school.
We get many students who have paid and partially attended or simply dropped out of other schools because it was not a good education, or they shorted their class-time hours, or they simply did such a bad job of preparation that they need the REAL Education for the Real Estate Exam.

This is much harder than many people know until they are already in the class.
