Our 2020 students passed the NJ real estate license exam at a much higher pass rate
The last Real Estate Exam results prior to the Covid pandemic was posted in March 2020. It showed an average of 44% of all candidates throughout NJ passed the state exam  on their first try. We had 81% pass that month. We just averaged our results for the  the whole year of 2020. We are averaging a 75% pass rate for First Time Exam students. The state average according to PSI Testing is basically the same for this year statewide. It is approximately 45% for students from all schools combined.

We were 34% HIGHER!

Now they all move on to take their NJ state exam and then can join a real estate brokerage of their choice to begin their new career. A special thanks and kudos to their teacher, Jim O'Hagan, for doing a great job!
